Sufism: Zar-Hadra : Healing through Whirling and Trance Dance
Zar (in Egypt, Sudan and the Middle East) and Hadra (in North Africa) are one of the few still existing ancient healing ceremonies performed by women for women, originating from Africa.

In Algeria as in many Arabic countried it is still common that women get together in order to release sadness, pain, frustration and diseases through music and dance.

Amel Tafsout grew up with this dance form. She will create a sacred space and will take the students to a spiritual journey. Amel is very well skilled in this kind of energy work and asks the students to come with an open heart.
